Privacy
No Agenda runs small retreats. This page explains what we collect, why, and how long we hold it. It is written to be read rather than to cover us.
What we collect
There are exactly two ways to give us information on this site.
The application form
When you apply for a place we collect your name, email address, phone number, a link to your LinkedIn or socials, a yearly income range, a range for what you spend on your own development each year, your room preference, and anything you write in the free-text box.
Income and development spend are asked as ranges, never exact figures. We do not need the precise number to make a decision, and we would rather not hold one.
The mailing list
If you join the list we collect your name and email address, and nothing else.
Why we collect it
- To decide who to offer a place to. The group is small and chosen deliberately, which is the whole point of an application.
- To contact you about your application, and about the retreat if you are accepted.
- To email you when new dates are set, if you asked us to.
We do not use your information for anything else, and we do not build a profile of you from other sources.
What we never do
- We do not sell your information. Not to anyone, ever.
- We do not share it with advertisers, data brokers, or partner companies.
- We do not run advertising trackers or third-party pixels.
Analytics and cookies
We use Cloudflare Web Analytics, which is cookieless and does not fingerprint or track you across sites. It tells us how many people visited a page, and nothing about who they are.
The only thing stored in your browser is a small flag recording whether you dismissed the cookie notice, so we do not show it to you again.
Where it is held, and for how long
Applications and list signups are stored in a Cloudflare D1 database. Access is limited to the people running the retreat.
- Applications are kept for 24 months after the retreat they relate to, then deleted.
- Mailing list entries are kept until you unsubscribe or ask us to remove you.
Your choices
Write to hello@noagenda.example and we will, within 30 days: send you a copy of what we hold, correct anything wrong, or delete it. You do not need to give a reason, and asking will not count against an application.
Depending on where you live you may have these rights under the GDPR, the UK GDPR, or the CCPA. We apply them to everyone regardless.
Children
The retreat is for adults. This site is not directed at anyone under 18 and we do not knowingly collect their information.
Changes
If this policy changes we will update the date at the top of the page. If a change is material, we will email anyone on the list.
