About

The room is the offer.

No Agenda is a curated retreat for accomplished artists, executives, and founders. Proximity to a small group of self-aware peers, real modalities for nervous-system regulation and depth, and hospitality that comes from careful curation rather than five-star infrastructure.

Who this is for

People who have arrived somewhere, and are missing something.

People at the top are often lonelier, and more dysregulated, than they let on. This is not a retreat for people who feel behind. It is for people who got where they were going and found that regulation, community, and depth did not come with it.

You care about wellness and self-betterment. You are open to practices that work on body, mind, and soul together rather than one at a time. And you want to be in a room where you are not the only person who understands what it cost to build something.

How we think about it

Proximity to peers

The room is the offer. You are not just getting a programme, you are getting five days around people who understand what it costs to build something real.

Regulation over relaxation

This is not a beach vacation. It is real nervous-system work, for people who have optimised everything except how to actually rest.

Expansion, not escape

Framed as fuel for what comes next, not a break from a life that isn't working.

Curated, not corporate

The value comes from careful design and a real hospitality partner, not five-star sameness. Cacao, breathwork, and sharing circles stay, delivered with taste and zero apology.

On luxury

The curation is the luxury, not the thread count.

Bolivia has a real ceiling on infrastructure luxury, and no amount of positioning changes what is physically available on the ground. We would rather say that plainly than pretend otherwise.

So we base the retreat at a hotel with genuine hospitality capacity, and we design and run the programme ourselves. What you are paying for is hand-picked, intentionally grouped, and carefully run. Nothing here is generic. It was chosen.
